Job Summary

This role provides an opportunity to lead and manage complex, multi-faceted programs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, directing all project activities and ensuring contractual obligations are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for program stakeholders and contracting officers.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control all program activities to meet contractual obligations and performance expectations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, developing schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Oversee program budgets and financial management to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate with government personnel, cellular service providers, and vendor partners.
  • Ensure compliance with telecommunications, security, and government contracting regulations.
  • Implement quality assurance protocols and monitor performance across all program areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; Master’s degree (MS/MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in management; 14+ years preferred with 10+ in leadership roles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Experience with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contracting and government procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of cellular service providers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) and commercial wireless managed services.
  • Expertise in Telecommunications and Expense Management (TEM) systems, device lifecycle management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must obtain and maintain required security clearance.
