Job Summary

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Manager/ESA Reviewer in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead and review critical environmental due diligence projects while providing high-quality consulting services to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control (QC) reviews of technical deliverables such as ESAs, TSAs, Regulatory Database Search Reports, and RSRAs.
  • Communicate technical findings and assessment outcomes with internal and external clients.
  • Prepare and review supporting documentation for deliverables, including draft and final reports.
  • Travel as required on short notice to client or project sites.
  • Coordinate project priorities and timelines to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Support internal teams by providing guidance and consultation on assessment methodologies and technical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting.
  • Must meet ASTM E1527 qualifications as an Environmental Professional (EP).
  • Asbestos Inspector and Lead Inspector certifications preferred.
  • Strong technical report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel to remote locations using various modes of transportation.
