Job Summary

The primary role of Project Management function is to lead customer implementation projects to ensure that they meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations through planning, controlling, and managing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
  • Develop, prioritize, and submit project plans, budgets, and methodologies across a range of key projects.
  • Define project resources, performance reviews, and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Manage project financials and business impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields.
  • PMP Certification is highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years software project management/implementation experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • 2+ years Home Health & Hospice experience or healthcare software knowledge is preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communications.
  • Leadership, scheduling, and time management skills.
  • Organizational and negotiation skills for managing resources and leading teams.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and responsibilities for multiple projects in parallel.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Collaboration and adaptability.
