Job Summary

The primary objective of Project Manager is to perform non-technical client software implementation projects, typically from initiation through closing. The PM will coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity.
• Manage specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.
• Perform routine professional-based activities.
• Contribute to and manage projects.
• Provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.
• Build productive internal/external working relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields.
• PMP Certification is highly preferred.
• 3-5 years software project management/implementation experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years Home Health & Hospice experience or healthcare software knowledge is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communications.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
