Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Project Manager in Europe. As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate high-impact projects within a fast-paced technology environment, ensuring that business objectives and user needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and analyst teams to define requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Implement process improvements, change management strategies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor project performance metrics, provide regular status updates, and proactively address risks or issues.
• Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology or software development setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and task coordination principles.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX and business analysis teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and drive teams toward project goals.
• Experience in process optimization, change management, and mentoring development teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing distributed or remote teams (5+ people).
