Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare.
- Provide medication management as well as therapy.
- Work in a hybrid role with telemedicine and in-person flexibility.
- Support child and adolescent populations.
Requirements
- Must have 2 years experience as a PMHNP.
- Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority and DEA.
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
