Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare.
- Provide clinical excellence in patient care.
- Work in a hybrid role – Telemedicine and in-person flexibility.
- Manage medication and therapy for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Requirements
- Must have 2 years experience as a PMHNP.
- Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority and DEA.
- Experience with child and adolescent focus preferred.
