About the Role

The Real Estate, Strategy and Planning team identifies and secures the locations that power Workday’s innovations. We source markets, lead site selection and due diligence (base-building infrastructure, utilities, environmental), negotiate LOIs/leases and land agreements, and drive Workday requirements with landlords and internal Workday teams. We align stakeholders, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver ready-to-build locations to our construction, operations and physical security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction & Market Support: Support Real Estate Managers by aggregating site selection data, drafting comparative site analyses (qualitative and quantitative), and preparing preliminary deal memos for internal review.
• Project Coordination: Own the maintenance of team project trackers (timelines, budget estimates, and entitlement status) to ensure all stakeholders have up-to-date visibility on active deals.
• Data Integrity & Lease Administration: Assist in auditing and updating the Corporate Lease Database, ensuring that new site information, critical dates, and other relevant data are accurately recorded.
