Job Summary
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role within the Receptionist team. Reporting to the Assistant Receptionist Supervisor, you are the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, employees and the general public. Ensuring the experience provided is seamless, welcoming, professional, aligned to the highest standards required by JLL and our client is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming visitors, and customer inquiries.
- Professionally welcome and guide customers and visitors, schedule and record own appointments, and direct customers and visitors to the meeting room.
- Process visitor registration and ensure compliance with security protocols and access management procedures.
Administrative Support
- Provide first-level customer support for inquiries, complaints, and service requests, reporting/routing complex issues to appropriate team members.
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and maintenance records and filing systems.
- Maintain standard operating procedures documentation for reception and customer service processes.
Customer Care Process Support
- Maintain customer service resource materials, FAQ documents, and procedural guidelines.
- Support escalation management processes and ensure timely resolution tracking for customer issues.
- Assist with customer feedback collection, satisfaction surveys, and quality assurance documentation (if any).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service or reception experience in an office environment.
- The ideal candidate should be adept at managing negative situations calmly and professionally.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
