Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Recruiter II in the United States. This role is perfect for a proactive and skilled recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for exempt-level positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions, define role requirements, and provide recruitment guidance.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit; provide feedback to managers.
- Extend offers, negotiate compensation within budget and internal equity guidelines, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Promote employer brand to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics (Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Conversion, Source Channel Performance) and report insights.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; SHRM certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a full-service recruiter.
- Proven ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in sourcing, passive recruitment, and social media-based candidate attraction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong customer service focus and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
