Job Summary
Position responsible for completing referral forms and assisting with scheduling appointments with referral physician facilities based on patient insurance requirements. Position also responsible for pre-certification as needed. Important to Note: Position hours are Monday – Friday, generally 8:00am -5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete referral forms
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Handle pre-certification as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical office environment (preferred)
- Prior experience with patient referrals preferred
