Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager – REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will drive the growth and expansion of the organization by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and secure high-value accounts in line with the strategic growth strategy.
  • Build market position by developing and closing business relationships.
  • Identify trends through industry research and events.
  • Propose potential deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals by negotiating contracts.
  • Conduct industry research for effective sales solutions.
  • Promote products/services to prospective clients.
  • Leverage broker partnerships to expand presence in underserved markets.
  • Structure long-term contracts for mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Partner with internal teams for tailored packaging and crating solutions.
  • Provide local support for National Account customers.
  • Document all activity in Salesforce.
  • Develop competitive pricing models.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
  • 5+ years in regional sales management or a similar role.
  • Proven strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to travel within the territory 3-5 days per week.
  • Availability for overnight travel as required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and plane.
  • Ability to rent transportation when required.
