Job Summary

As a Release Manager PNC’s Technology – Retail Run the Bank organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with teams to plan release schedules and define timelines.
• Aligns cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for upcoming releases.
• Reviews change requests (CRs) and facilitates CAB facilitation and approvals.
• Supports failed CR dispositions and post-release follow-ups.
• Participates in Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and manages follow-up items.
• Creates and manages service now dashboards.
• Works on the release notes, which are shared and discussed with leadership.
• Assists with testing document reviews and ensures quality checks are in place.
• Provides support during release night deployments.
• Monitors deployment progress and addresses issues in real-time.
• Shares release status updates with leadership and stakeholders.
• Acts as a liaison between technical teams, leadership and business.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Confluence, ServiceNow, Agile methodologies, and Jira.
• Prior experience leading releases.
