Job Summary

We are currently looking for a EDI Technical Product Manager. In this role, you will serve as the strategic and technical owner of the EDI platform, driving the vision and execution of enterprise data exchange capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the EDI product vision and strategy.
• Create business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses.
• Stay current on industry trends and interoperability standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, and DevOps.
• Prioritize the EDI product backlog based on various factors.
• Drive sprint planning and release coordination.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting engineering throughput.
• Lead discovery sessions and post-implementation assessments.
• Advocate for partner usability and system improvements.
• Analyze transaction performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of EDI technologies and integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development.
• Skilled in software development or engineering.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and interoperability standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and ethical considerations in AI.
