Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and delivering growth and profitability targets, specifically focusing on our key customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L while maximizing sales potential within our current branded portfolio.
- Provide clear communication between retailer and the company, creating win/win solutions for business opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business opportunities are maximized.
- Create and maintain accurate forecasts for existing and future business.
- Achieve profit, volume, distribution, and other key metrics as assigned by leadership.
- Develop and implement sales plans for branded, private label, and future business.
- Manage support teams and provide guidance and feedback.
- Ensure customer deadlines are met and the company is viewed as a preferred supplier.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge (7-10 years) of Walmart and/or Sam’s Club.
- 2+ years of Private Label experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of P&L, financial projections, and metrics.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to think strategically and implement tactical plans.
- Exceptional team leadership skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
