Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Technical Program Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of cloud-native graphics and gaming services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of large-scale, multi-phase technical programs.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to define technical requirements.
• Establish and maintain SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and operational playbooks.
• Identify technical and program-level risks and propose mitigations.
• Liaise with game publishers and external engineering teams for integration.
• Plan and execute launches with cross-team alignment.
• Drive process improvements across product delivery and operational efficiency.
• Communicate program health and risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and real-time streaming services.
• Proven experience delivering complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud-native systems and CI/CD methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with operational frameworks and service reliability.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with game streaming or graphics delivery networks is desirable.
• Comfortable working within Agile or other program management frameworks.
