Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining relationships with our client’s largest accounts. Your efforts will drive not only growth and revenue but also satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the partner and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of client industries, trends, and market dynamics to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Protect and maintain existing MRR.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth within existing client portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations that align with client objectives.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to address client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience (12+ years) in client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong account planning skills.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management, account growth, and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple client relationships.
- Display sales excellence and mastery of KPIs with the ability to forecast business trends.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
