Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Remote Legal Data Services Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring data quality and operational excellence within an innovative team that supports clients in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy that aligns with business objectives and client needs.
- Provide visionary leadership to the Data Quality Services team, setting clear objectives and promoting collaboration.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Data Quality Services team to ensure timely delivery of programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and client outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor data quality standards and best practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Oversee the effective deployment of data quality tools and technologies, adapting strategies based on insights.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on data quality initiatives, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Facilitate client workshops and training sessions to share progress and strategic recommendations.
- Leverage knowledge of the legal sector to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop marketing materials that articulate the value of data quality services to prospective clients.
- Champion the adoption of generative AI tools within the team to enhance data quality processes.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions to automate data management practices.
- Design and manage data quality assurance processes, including cleansing and validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to data governance practices.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor trends and assess service effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to leadership and clients outlining key performance indicators and recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management within the legal sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality management or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading data quality or data services teams, preferably in the legal sector.
- Proficiency with data quality tools, data integration solutions, and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong command of SQL and familiarity with data governance practices.
