Job Summary

We are currently looking for a HR Operations Manager – REMOTE. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the internal HR operations team, focusing on compliance and pre-boarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide internal operations support for Shared Services team(s)
  • Develop and maintain shared services analytics for performance measurement
  • Act as a liaison between Shared Services and other HR delivery lines
  • Offer employee and management counseling on HR policies
  • Identify HR issues proactively and suggest resolution options

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Supervisory or team lead experience in lieu of management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Background in HR compliance
  • Experience in vendor management
