Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager – REMOTE. This role plays a critical part in driving brand engagement and enhancing client relationships by executing innovative marketing strategies across the Western region of the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute regional field marketing programs.
- Coordinate logistics for client events, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Track and report on event metrics, ROI, and pipeline influence.
- Support national field marketing initiatives.
- Maintain national field marketing calendar and support logistics.
- Collaborate with sales and partner marketing teams for outreach.
- Oversee vendor coordination and budget management.
- Work with digital marketing to ensure branding aligns with campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Partner Marketing.
- Successful track record in managing end-to-end event logistics.
- Proficient in Excel for reporting and budget tracking.
- Strong understanding of ROI measurement and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent collaborative skills to work with sales teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or event management platforms.
