Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager – REMOTE. This role plays a critical part in driving brand engagement and enhancing client relationships by executing innovative marketing strategies across the Western region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute regional field marketing programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for client events, conferences, and sponsorships.
  • Track and report on event metrics, ROI, and pipeline influence.
  • Support national field marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain national field marketing calendar and support logistics.
  • Collaborate with sales and partner marketing teams for outreach.
  • Oversee vendor coordination and budget management.
  • Work with digital marketing to ensure branding aligns with campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Partner Marketing.
  • Successful track record in managing end-to-end event logistics.
  • Proficient in Excel for reporting and budget tracking.
  • Strong understanding of ROI measurement and analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent collaborative skills to work with sales teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or event management platforms.
