Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Remote People and Culture Manager. In this role, you will foster an engaging and supportive culture where employees thrive and feel empowered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a cultural steward and implement initiatives that promote inclusion and empowerment.
  • Lead the Culture Club discussions emphasizing diverse viewpoints and enjoyable workplace projects.
  • Facilitate DEI Committee meetings and implement prioritized action items from the DEI roadmap.
  • Provide internal training on people and culture topics and maintain professional development resources.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Offer employee relations and performance management guidance to supervisors and employees.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive people and culture generalist or management experience.
  • Experience supporting a primarily remote workforce is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proven experience in training development, facilitation, and creating informational guides.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems; Culture Amp experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, project management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to People Operations.
