Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Principal Data Architect. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated cloud-based data solutions, driving maximum impact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategic roadmaps and targeted outcomes for our clients in a consultative capacity.
- Act as a data engineering SME to define upcoming engagements working with our pre-sales teams.
- Perform technical interviews for Architect and Engineer candidates as well as provide technical guidance to Architects and Engineers.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data standards and operating procedures.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in AWS data landscape.
- 10 years of experience designing and building complex data systems, including traditional and new data technologies.
- Experience with relational database design, optimization, migration, and data governance.
- Proficient in big data processing using Spark, machine learning with Sagemaker, and DataOps practices.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Python for analytics.
- Strong documentation and standardization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
