Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers.
• Ensure alignment between product marketing initiatives and company objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive high performance and engagement.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure consistency within the team.
• Define and oversee go-to-market strategies for product launches.
• Research and package our platform for key customer segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
• Support Sales with enablement tools and training.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
• Lead product-led growth initiatives end-to-end.
• Support the development of monetization strategy.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis.
• Identify market opportunities to influence product development.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive demand generation campaigns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in tech-heavy B2B SaaS or developer tools.
• Experience in pricing and monetization strategies.
• Proven experience managing and scaling a product marketing team.
• Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
