Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Program Manager – REMOTE. As a pivotal role in our organization, you will lead high-impact support programs that influence the future of enterprise systems. Your expertise in program management will drive complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to execution, specifically aimed at supporting the Navy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct diverse teams, executing multifaceted assignments with strategic foresight.
- Ensure performance, cost, and schedule goals are met or exceeded across all projects.
- Provide maintenance, technical, and operational support for enterprise systems.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, driving clarity and alignment across teams.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering with enterprise/computer systems.
- 5 years of experience managing Firm Fixed Price programs of at least $100M.
- Experience with cloud-based and application initiatives in a Navy environment.
- 5+ years leading technical teams in dynamic environments.
- Proficient in integrated program management: cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- PMP certification is required.
