Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing internal business projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will oversee project plans, monitor tasks, and facilitate timely deliveries. Your expertise will help in enhancing processes and communication across departments, ensuring that project goals align with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing internal business projects across various teams.
- Follow project plans and schedules, monitoring tasks from inception to delivery.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align project goals and needs.
- Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule.
- Collaborate with operational leaders for process improvements.
- Help create business requirement documents and user training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse levels of leadership.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, and EPIC Software is a plus.
