Job Summary

Serve as the main resource for sales staff regarding technical seed portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead local training experiences and conferences to enhance seed positioning.
  • Develop local seed selling tools in collaboration with agronomists and sales managers.
  • Conduct local on-farm trials and oversee demo designs.
  • Partner with portfolio managers to assess local production needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field required.
  • 5+ years of industry experience focused on agronomy and seed products.
  • Experience in coaching and training on technical agronomy.
  • Strong understanding of seed crop growth and regional agricultural factors.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel up to 50%.
