Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Institutional Sales Executive (Remote). In this role, you will drive significant growth for our partner by acquiring high-quality leads from both high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. Your ability to build relationships and ensure a seamless transition of leads to the Account Management team will be key in enhancing customer experience and expanding the client base. As part of a globally distributed team, you will work collaboratively to meet targets while embracing the freedom of a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Singapore through networking and strategic outreach.
  • Qualify leads for alignment with target client profiles.
  • Introduce qualified leads to internal teams for a smooth onboarding process.
  • Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations.
  • Launch strategies alongside the team to increase client acquisition.
  • Stay informed about market conditions and provide regular performance reports.
  • Represent the partner company at events and network to identify potential clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer-facing roles within financial services.
  • Experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment banking.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cryptocurrency markets.
  • History of successfully managing client relationships and originating leads.
  • Ability to conduct meetings effectively, both in-person and online.
  • Strong performance record related to achieving KPIs.
  • Established professional network in the regional financial services sector.
