Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Software Implementation Project Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in planning, executing, and overseeing the implementation of software solutions for customers across various sectors. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, organize and control projects from beginning to end.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers during all project phases.
- Ensure customer service expectations are met and exceeded.
- Manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects effectively.
- Resolve advanced customer escalations.
- Track correspondence and completed tasks for accurate record-keeping.
- Develop strong working relationships with teams and clients.
- Recognize and provide feedback for process improvement.

- Build professional credibility with internal and external customers.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 or more years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage and diffuse stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, SaaS applications, and internet browsers.
- Technical skills in network configurations and cloud-based solutions.
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good documentation skills and knowledge of industry practices.
- Proficient decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management and compliance regulations.
