Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Architect – REMOTE. In this role, you will design and implement customized Workday solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and requirements to design a tailored Workday solution.
• Develop a comprehensive Workday architecture including module selection, data mapping, and integrations.
• Configure Workday system settings, workflows, and security roles to match client specifications.
• Guide clients through project phases like discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide expert advice on Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Create training materials and user guides for end-users and administrators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project expectations.
• Identify areas for improvement within Workday implementations and propose solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations.
• Experience in one or more Workday modules (e.g., Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Payroll).
• Strong background in system design, configuration, and implementation.
• Knowledge of data integration and mapping techniques.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and Workday configuration standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
