Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Business Systems Solution Architect. In this strategic technical leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling enterprise business systems across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate end-to-end workflows across ERP, EPM, CRM, CMS platforms to identify automation opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholder leaders to align systems with business priorities.
- Redesign and standardize processes to enhance accuracy and improve end-user experience.
- Lead planning, testing, and deployment of new features while ensuring minimal disruption.
- Manage change management documentation and provide standardized training.
- Prioritize enhancement requests based on strategic value and data-driven impact.
- Oversee data integrations and monitor daily data flows for proactive issue resolution.
- Serve as escalation point for complex system issues, coordinating resolution efforts.
- Lead application releases, validations, and troubleshooting.
- Transform SOX compliance requirements into efficient and cost-effective tech solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5–8+ years in business systems, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
- Proven track record of implementing cross-system improvements.
- Experience in owning system design for a company or large program.
- Strong project and task management skills.
- Advanced Excel and SQL Query experience.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
