Job Summary
We are seeking a curious, analytical, and highly motivated Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll support Maven’s go-to-market strategy and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to help scale our revenue operations. You’ll build reporting, support commission processes, assist with deal triage, and contribute to strategic insights that help drive our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their RevOps career to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of revenue attribution models and sales incentive frameworks
- Assist in triaging deal desk requests and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deal execution
- Assist with the execution and documentation of order forms for new deals, renewals, and change orders; ensure consistency and accuracy across commercial documentation in partnership with Legal and Sales
- Support deal structure enforcement, including pricing thresholds, approval workflows, and exception tracking; help maintain up-to-date sales policies and documentation to ensure audit readiness
- Help monitor target progress and support quarterly commissions processes
