Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations & CSM Specialist in Argentina. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of a high-performing sales and growth team, driving efficiency across the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the revenue engine by managing calendars, booking discovery and strategy calls, and supporting high-ticket webinars.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and CRM workflows with business goals.
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
  • Implement and manage backend processes, including onboarding, payment tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Drive innovative, data-backed strategies to increase efficiency, performance, and conversion rates.
  • Champion AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline workflows and boost team productivity.
  • Ensure consistent processes and best practices across the revenue organization.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations, ideally in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
  • Proven cross-functional experience across the revenue cycle, supporting SDRs, AEs, and leadership teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including automation, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong command of AI and automation tools with real-life examples of their application to improve performance.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, copywriting, and funnel optimization.
  • Adaptable, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
