Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative in the United States. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and expanding the sales pipeline for a leading cloud-native, AI-ready database platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage IT and data leaders in enterprise accounts
- Qualify prospects, uncover business challenges, and generate interest in innovative database and AI solutions
- Partner with account executives, sales engineers, and marketing to align messaging and optimize go-to-market strategies
- Manage outreach campaigns to create sales-qualified leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Deliver clear, compelling communication that articulates complex technical solutions in business terms
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track outreach activity, pipeline, and progress toward targets
- Continuously participate in coaching and enablement sessions to improve skills and stay current on product capabilities
Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome)
- Strong interest and motivation for outbound prospecting with a hunter mindset
- High resilience, adaptability, and coachability with a desire to grow continuously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage executives effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and accountable
- Curiosity about technology and eagerness to understand customer challenges
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools is a plus
