Job Summary
The Rentals business operates in a collaborative environment, focusing on providing the best client experience in the industry. We are looking for a Sales Manager to help grow the Rentals marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, develop, and lead all aspects of a national sales team including strategy, personnel development, client relationships, and sales production.
- Drive industry and local market knowledge initiatives to empower the sales team.
- Focus on implementation of consistent and high-quality sales output.
- Monitor and continuously improve metrics focused on revenue, sales velocity, and closing ratios.
- Facilitate process standardization including activity metrics and sales processes.
- Improve retention and client loyalty through data-driven coaching.
- Grow and develop a sales culture with a focus on a growth mindset.
- Effectively communicate ZG Rental’s value proposition through various channels.
Requirements
- Excellent leadership skills in a hyper-growth environment.
- Ability to create and foster a dynamic and growth-oriented team environment.
- Strong communication skills for presentations and sales proposals.
