Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Strategy & Planning team. You’ll gain hands-on experience with GTM targets, incentive design, processes, data analysis, and systems. Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact in the GTM organization for target and incentive issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting the implementation of new approaches.
- Assist with strategic projects across the Sales Strategy & Planning team.
- Partner with teammates across RevOps and GTM to provide accurate, timely insights that drive decision-making.
- Support ad hoc requests from Sales leadership, including data pulls, reporting, and documentation.
- Develop an understanding of how sales strategy, processes, and tools connect to broader business outcomes.
- Build foundational expertise in sales operations with mentorship and guidance from senior teammates.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or AI environment.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a genuine passion for tackling complex, unstructured challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets is essential.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
