Job Summary
We’re looking for a self-starter to join our fast-paced environment to contribute to the Sales Operations team. This individual is responsible for supporting sales leadership representatives through reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis. This person is quantitatively driven, detail-oriented, and possesses a high level of problem-solving expertise. This person is experienced in absorbing large amounts of data to identify insights and can work effectively across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the streaming devices product line demand planning
- Conduct weekly/bi-weekly CPFR calls with our major retailers
- Create and maintain a rolling Sales plan for major accounts
- Conduct weekly and daily sales forecasts and account reviews to create reports and compare against objectives
- Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and market conditions
- Conduct weekly meetings with the supply and order management team
- Preparing and presenting an agreed-upon forecast to a variety of stakeholders
- Assist the Director of Business Planning and VP of Retail Strategy to develop short- and long-term strategic plans, including the preparation of annual Business plans and budgets
- Communicating status, risks, and opportunities regularly with the extended stakeholder group
- Develop new reporting to help drive continuous improvement across the company
- Document and update business processes, roles & responsibilities, and work-link-flow (process mapping)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- At least two years’ experience in forecasting; or equivalent combination of education and experience
