Job Summary
We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Soliciting orders and selling Medtronic Spinal products assigned.
- Maintaining an awareness of local competitive conditions.
- Inventory Management, Case Coverage, and Selling (outside the operating room).
- Manage accounts in assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager.
- Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers.
- Resolve customer complaints in accordance with Medtronic Spinal policies.
- Meet or exceed sales quota and total company market share in assigned territory.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as directed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of all required product and sales related training curriculum.
