Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Scaled Performance Manager – REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our customer engagement strategies, focusing on delivering insights and guidance to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute scaled outreach programs that support customers through key lifecycle moments.
- Create and deliver standardized performance communications, including email campaigns and educational content.
- Host live and recorded webinars focused on performance insights and best practices.
- Translate common customer questions and usage patterns into scalable guidance and resources.
- Partner with teams across the organization to align messaging and ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enablement roles, ideally in scaled engagement models.
- Experience in supporting large customer bases through programs like webinars or lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey insights clearly.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
