Job Summary

This position serves as the initial security point of contact for MultiCare hospitals and clinics in areas where higher level security officers are not deployed. This is a non-clinical position assigned to security department and responsible for initial security assessment of people coming into the hospital and to serve as a professional security presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and visitors
• Performing initial security assessment
• Determining the business reason for entering the hospital/clinic
• Providing courteous assistance and directions

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Security experience preferred but not required

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $18.75 – $26.99 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
