Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Audio-Visual Project Manager in Brazil. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle of audio-visual and collaboration projects across diverse enterprise and event environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for AV and collaboration initiatives, from planning through delivery and closure.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with program managers and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations while tracking milestones and KPIs.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to optimize resources and maintain project schedules.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and budgeting for AV equipment, materials, and services.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams through meetings, workshops, and reporting.
- Apply project governance, change control, and quality assurance protocols while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing AV and collaboration projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent AV project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $100k to multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Expertise in AV technologies such as Logitech, Neat, Crestron, Cisco, Poly, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Experience leading teams through design, scheduling, deployment, and commissioning of conference rooms, event spaces, and digital signage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and active listening skills.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost tracking.
