The role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide. You probably already know us better than you think. Role responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be expected to:

• Work in close cooperation with all stakeholders and development teams
• Support the Product Owner on the expected/delivered value
• Customer business process and initial documentation analysis
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos
• Prioritize features, work on the roadmap
• Manage change requests
• Support the development team in clarification of requirements
• Perform acceptance testing and validation, request data patches if necessary
• Create various artifacts, such as SRSs, minimal schema and configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials, and release notes
• Help the PO for the split of EPICs/features to user stories
• Help the PO in keeping the backlog up to date and prioritize
• Lead/animate refinement sessions
• Produce/maintain the documentation in Azure devOps
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation

The BA must have experience in delivering web-based solutions of varying complexity, and must deeply understand the nuances of complex technical, user experience-driven web projects within an iterative context. The BA must know data and content modeling.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• 5+ years BA activities with a proven track record
• Understanding of the technique of the project (APIs, microservices, headless approach)
