Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in North America. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer outcomes.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI analyses to potential clients.
  • Track and report on pipeline, sales metrics, and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in SaaS, fintech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and consultative selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
