Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in North America. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive long-term partnerships.
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer outcomes.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI analyses to potential clients.
- Track and report on pipeline, sales metrics, and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in SaaS, fintech, or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and consultative selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
