Job Summary
The Senior Consultant works collaboratively within a team of highly qualified Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems. This position will be primarily responsible for performing billable work for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine client needs in terms of the engagement statement of work.
- Lead, complete and provide quality assurance over data analyses.
- Interpret data analyses and form initial recommendations.
- Develop deliverables and presentation materials for various audiences.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation.
- Manage workstream economics and project management.
- Participate in all aspects of an engagement including identifying issues and forming hypotheses.
- Plan and conduct interviews, oversee analytics, and develop recommendations.
- Synthesize information into cohesive presentations for various audiences.
- Help implement change and provide input to team deliverables.
- Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects.
- Create value through meaningful client interactions and data analytics.
Requirements
- Expertise in Premier and PINC AI databases.
- Ability to build working relationships within the Premier/Client team.
- Experience in leading production and quality assurance of client analytics deliverables.
