Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Design Expert – REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the quality and effectiveness of AI training data projects. Your expertise will guide the creation of domain-specific annotated datasets that adhere to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define domain-specific quality success metrics.
• Develop project-specific SOPs and QA rubrics.
• Review project outputs against technical standards.
• Perform structured QA passes on design deliverables.
• Return files to contractors with precise remediation notes.
• Provide advisory input on design tools and workflows.
• Handle spec changes and edge-case scenarios.
• Curate example libraries of design assets.
• Participate in vetting and assessing technical contractor talent.
• Review sample work from contractors and provide feedback.
• Create targeted training or calibration resources.
• Advise on technical scoping and project requirements.
• Contribute to post-project reviews for improvement.
• Identify client model observations and insights.
• Build dashboards or trackers to surface production insights.
• Conduct post-mortems and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of design.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Mastery of design principles and visual communication.
• Expert proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Proven ability to maintain high technical standards.
• Strong communication skills for technical guidance.
• Experience producing technical documentation and training resources.
• Ability to work within fixed project timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
