Job Summary

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and scale a high-performing presales organization across North America. You will act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, guiding a team of consultants to deliver impactful, value-driven solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the North American presales function, including team management, strategy, and performance.
  • Act as a player-coach in high-value deals, modeling value selling and guiding consultants through live opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to co-own territory strategy, drive ACV growth, and influence enterprise client outcomes.
  • Provide deep expertise in finance and accounting systems, particularly in areas like Intercompany, Matching, and Journals.
  • Develop and implement strategies that integrate modern technologies, including AI and APIs, to enhance presales effectiveness.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning, transforming presales consultants into trusted advisors capable of leading discovery, solution design, and boardroom presentations.
  • Represent the organization externally at industry events, customer meetings, and with strategic partners to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems management; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Proven hands-on experience with enterprise-grade finance software; experience with ERP systems such as SAP is highly desirable.
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial close and accounting processes, with a strong focus on Intercompany, Matching, and Journals.
  • 5+ years of presales leadership experience, successfully scaling high-performing teams across solution consulting, value engineering, and solution architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategies across multiple segments, channels, and international markets.
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with C-Suite stakeholders, particularly CFOs.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% across North America to support field engagement and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and strategic thinking skills.
