Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Product Management in Illinois. In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a high-impact product portfolio within the cybersecurity space, specifically focusing on AI-enabled enterprise browser security.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise browser security portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, setting goals and ensuring accountability for product outcomes
• Conduct deep customer and market analysis to identify pain points, competitive opportunities, and growth areas
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive successful product development, launches, and adoption
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize products and inform strategic decisions
• Represent the company externally at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles managing product teams
• Expertise in cybersecurity, with a focus on browser security, AI security, or related technologies
• Proven success in leading SaaS enterprise product lines from strategy to execution
• Strong business acumen, financial modeling, and experience with go-to-market strategies
• Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and mentor high-performing product teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term product visions across multiple geographies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent experience, experience with browser technologies, and knowledge of AI/ML applications in security
