Job Summary
As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the failure analysis, testing and implementation of design improvements of electronic systems and components in our product maintenance programs. This is a key technical role, responsible for ensuring design excellence and quality for electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of low-power electronics, failure analysis on system- and component- level
- Ensuring system and component quality over life-time
- Lead design efforts during maintenance phase for analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal systems, ensuring performance over product life-time, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Evaluate and select alternative components (2nd sources), ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Work together with the sourcing department.
- Reviewing and improving production testing coverage for electronics
- Reviewing schematics and PCB layout for potential optimization of system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing engineers.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies and methods to improve product performance and quality.
- Review and approve design documentation, test procedures, and engineering reports.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Work with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and technology providers to deliver desired quality of components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in electronics design and verification, with 3–5 years in a senior engineering role, including project leadership.
- Deep expertise in troubleshooting of electrical systems/products including analog and digital circuit design, bluetooth, wireless power transfer.
