Job Summary

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will own the sales process for key accounts, focusing on both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage new enterprise sales opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, VARs, alliance partners, and integrators.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in Salesforce.com.
  • Create, review, and manage proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documentation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, negotiating agreements and demonstrating value through customer outcomes and TCO discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in a matrixed environment to ensure alignment on strategic opportunities.
  • Maintain a fun, energetic, and mission-driven approach to sales, while delivering results and exceeding targets.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience within software, cloud-native, Kubernetes (K8s), or virtualized environments.
  • Proven track record of closing strategic deals and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong ability to sell at executive/C-suite levels and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, territory planning, and value-based selling.
  • Hunter mentality with demonstrated success in landing and expanding new logos within assigned territories.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Located in the Bay Area or remote/home office within the United States.
