Senior Executive – Training Team is responsible for supporting the execution of training programs, managing operational processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate data for licensing and exam application processes. This role also oversees procurement, financial reconciliation, and logistics to ensure smooth training operations across all locations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Training Support & Coordination
Assist in arranging all necessities for training sessions, including venue setup and logistics. Manage distribution of training materials such as textbooks, welcome kits, and gifts. Oversee participant registration and onboarding processes. Explain licensing and exam registration procedures to candidates. - Data Ownership & Process Optimization
Establish and maintain efficient processes for collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data related to NIIM exam applications. Ensure accuracy and reliability of license application data and manage the end-to-end process with FRD. - Compliance & Operational Excellence
Streamline administrative processes related to: Training operations. - License & Exam Fee Management
Ensure accurate reconciliation of license and exam fees. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the Finance team. - Training Stock, Refreshments & Procurement Management
Manage procurement and logistics for training refreshments, stock, and reward materials for Head Office, Branches, and Spoke Offices. - Administrative & Cash Management
Assist with TAF preparation and vendor communication for team travel requirements. Handle monthly advance cash management. Other administrative tasks as required. Exam and license payment processing. Procurement and travel management. Execute NIIM exam and license application processes. Manage training-related stock preparation effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, operations, or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of life insurance processes is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and problem-solving skills.
