Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Commercial (Remote-US) in the United States. This role partners closely with senior sales and marketing leaders to drive employee engagement, performance, and development while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to commercial leadership, addressing day-to-day HR needs and ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles, including posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Support performance management processes, including reviews, talent assessments, and coaching for managers and employees.
  • Partner with training and Commercial Excellence teams to design and deliver effective onboarding and development programs.
  • Address employee relations issues, facilitate resolutions, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Track HR KPIs, analyze trends, and develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Execute recognition programs and other initiatives to enhance the employee experience and strengthen team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience partnering with commercial teams, preferably in biotech, life sciences, or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment with shifting deadlines.
  • Experience in private equity-backed or rapidly growing organizations is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
